I am from Philippines and wondering if I can apply for your teaching positions in Taiwan as a native English speaker?

We accept application from Filipinos as well and you have to go through the apostille process for all qualification documents:
1) You should go back to your school and request to have your TOR with a remark “For Abroad Purposes” and then have it with Diploma to be apostilled by CHED & DFA (It's suggested to have your highest degree to be apostilled.)
2) Authenticate your Professional Teacher License or ID card and NBI Clearance directly at DFA to be apostilled.
3) Proceed these documents to Taipei Economic and Cultural Office (TECO) in Manila to get certified
